Job Description

Administration Assistant | Livingston | Contract | £8.65 p/h

The Client

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant with one of our leading construction clients based in the Livingston area for a 3-month contract initially.

The Role

  • Assisting the Power Division with any administration tasks
  • Liaising internally and externally to collate all relevant information for the team
  • Answer phone and dealing with any customer queries
  • Scanning and filing documentation
  • Updating the power job flow system
  • Distributing drawings to team
  • Collating and printing off job packs


The Candidate

• Computer Literate
• Proficient in the use of Excel
• Proficient in the use of Outlook
• Good communicator
• Resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions

The role is based on working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
